Saras has a solid track record in terms of organic growth. The good understanding of market trends and, the capability to focus investments on the Sarroch production site, allowed our Group to generate competitive advantages and fully benefit from the favourable economical landscape of the past years.

In the coming years Group’s strategy will continue to be focused mainly on the organic growth with upgrades investments at the Sarroch refinery, aimed at increase synergies, deliver energy efficiencies and enhance the operational flexibility of our plants.

Technological and operational excellence will remain the winning factors in the such challenging market. In this regard, Saras is taking steps to improve its industrial performance, focusing on improve conversion capacity, in order to increase the yield of high value products as middle distillates, reducing costs, and achieving higher operational efficiencies.

The investments carried out in the recent years by the Group are aimed at upgrading the production units allowing to obtain further improvements of the profitability.
