Director responsible for preparing the corporate accounting documents

The Company appointed a director responsible for drafting the corporate accounting documents. The current director responsible for this is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Corrado Costanzo, who was appointed in this capacity by the Board of Directors’ meeting on 2 October 2006.

The director in question performs duties provided for by art. 154-bis of the TUF, for which the Board conferred on him all powers deemed necessary or appropriate.
